Make a server faster, or add one, with a pull request; the next race shows it.

1. Clone fourneau-dragrace beside fourneau and roux (RACING.md).
2. Change competitors/NAME/: the code, the build, competitor.json.
3. Race it locally: out/dragrace race local -competitors NAME.
4. Open a pull request saying what changed and why it is fair.

Fair: configured as its users would deploy it, no benchmark-only modes or cached responses, the same bytes out, and it passes the checks. Real-world tuning (workers, allocators, socket options) is welcome, noted in the competitor’s README. Details: CONTRIBUTING.md.
